Church Health and Growth Services Representative – International

Description: Be an independent agent representing products that aid churches to be stronger and healthier. Hours are managed at your discretion. Most agents will choose to be part-time. Income is solely based on sales (i.e. commission).

Ideal Candidate: A pastor, spouse of a pastor, or retired pastor that believes in the Great Commission and is comfortable talking to and working with pastors of various Christian denominations (as well as non-denominational pastors) and churches. You need to have excellent language skills both in English and the language of the country that you will be working in.

ChurchTech Provides:

• Great products to sell that churches want and need
• A free $499 assessment for your church (to get you familiar with our premiere product)
• Free promotional gifts and materials
• A database of churches in your area
• A generous commission percentage (generally 50%)

You Provide:

• Internet access
• Help translating (or adjusting to local cultural norms) the Glass Cockpit for your country/region.
• A color printer
• A cheap Laminator (optional, but strongly suggested)
• Whatever you choose to spend on mileage and postage

Other:

• Representatives will be required to sign a non-compete/non-disclosure agreement.
• Representatives will be required to attend an Annual Conference Beginning in 2010 to learn about new products, hear success stories, give input, and to encourage one another.
• Representatives will be required to abide by the ChurchTech Code of Ethics.
• Continuation as a representative will be contingent upon progress toward sales goals set with the representatives’ input each year.
• Representatives have semi-exclusive territories. Generally, your geographic area is exclusively yours with these exceptions:
  • Any church can purchase services directly from ChurchTech, but the price discounting structure makes it beneficial for them to go through you.
  • Denominations and Associations have their own boundaries, so services packaged for such a group may result in churches in your territory being served through such an arrangement. All of our representatives are encouraged to sell such packages.
  • Some conferences will occur in big cities near a territory border. In such cases, neighboring representatives are encouraged to work together for publicity and follow-up.
• All representatives will have a probationary period. During your first six months, your sales goals will be modest, but failure to meet them may result in termination.
