Glass Cockpit Methodology Twenty years ago, Dr. Miller was a seminary student paying his way through Wartburg Seminary with a part-time job as a Transportation Planner for a regional inter-governmental agency. In that job he used census data to develop complicated algorithms for projecting population, housing density, and other variables twenty years in the future. (Hey - that's now!) The Glass Cockpit combines objective data (zip code population, church attendance, etc,) with subjective survey data (from members and pastor); processes all of the information using the power of relational database tools; and interprets the data based on years of consulting work with church health and growth.
